Church Triumphant Wellington

Big discoveries. Little footsteps. Growing in God's Word.

Meet Kingdom Kids, the children's ministry platform of Church Triumphant Wellington. Bringing Bible lessons, interactive adventures, creative activities, and teacher tools together to help children learn, participate, and grow.

Two programmes

Bible journeys for ages 8 to 13

Each programme has its own character, and both start from the same place: God's Word, taught with care and joy.

Working All 52 lessons are in the platform

Lamp and Path

A one-year Bible-learning journey.

Children aged 8 to 13 follow a year of Bible lessons: 52 weekly lessons of about 60 minutes, in four terms of 13 weeks. Each term has twelve core lessons and a celebration week.

  • Bible-centred lessons in the King James Version
  • Twelve Treasure Verses to learn, practise and recite
  • Discussion questions that help children think and talk about Scripture
  • A practical way to live each lesson out, and a family activity to try at home
  1. Term 1 Light for the Path
  2. Term 2 The Light of the World
  3. Term 3 Walking in the Light
  4. Term 4 Let Your Light Shine

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

Psalm 119:105 KJV

Rooted in Him

A three-year Bible journey.

A structured Bible programme for children aged 8 to 13, growing from one year to the next. Each year is a standalone course of 52 weekly sessions of about 60 minutes, with student workbooks and teacher guides.

  1. Year 1Salvation
  2. Year 2Who God Is
  3. Year 3The Oneness of GodThe Mighty God in Christ

All three years are in Kingdom Kids. It has its own woodland world: a home page, a journey map, a library, a garden, treasure verses, lesson pages, lesson games and a classroom adventure. It sits beside Lamp and Path, and a teacher can use either or both without losing their place or mixing records.

The platform

What the platform offers

Kingdom Kids is still growing, so every part is labelled honestly. Some of it is ready, some of it is new, and some of it is still an idea.

Working
Built and ready to use in Kingdom Kids today.
Preview
New and working, but a first release. Expect it to change.
Planned
On our list to build. It is not in Kingdom Kids yet, and it has no date.

Interactive Bible lessons

Every lesson has a lesson page for teachers and a Classroom Adventure that takes the class through the lesson one big idea at a time. Lamp and Path has 52 lessons. Rooted in Him has three years of 52 lessons each.

  • Working Lamp and Path: lesson pages and Classroom Adventures for all 52 weeks
  • Preview Rooted in Him: lesson pages and a classroom adventure for all 156 lessons in its three years

Classroom presentation mode

A lesson can be shown full screen on the classroom screen, one idea at a time, with keyboard control, a calm-motion setting and sound that stays off until a teacher turns it on. A separate teacher window keeps private notes and answers off the children's screen.

  • Working Full-screen Classroom Adventure and a teacher window

Bible games, puzzles and adventures

Games and puzzles that grow out of each lesson, a Bible Arcade of games to enjoy any time, and live games that children play together with a teacher leading. Adventure games for the Arcade are still to come.

  • Working Lamp and Path lesson games and puzzles, planned into any lesson
  • Preview Rooted in Him lesson games: ten game types built from each lesson's own words
  • Preview Bible Arcade: Bible games to enjoy any time, separate from lessons
  • Preview Play Together: private live Bible games that approved children play on their own devices, with a teacher leading (six games)
  • Planned Adventure games for the Bible Arcade

Memory verse practice

Children build and recite the week's Treasure Verse with Verse Builders, and families can practise at home through a private link. Home practice saves nothing. Rooted in Him has its own twelve Treasure Verses for each year.

  • Working Lamp and Path: Verse Builders, Treasure Verse practice and home practice
  • Preview Rooted in Him: Treasure Verses for every year, and a verse game in every lesson

Drawing and colouring activities

Drawing and colouring on screen is an idea for the future. Lessons already suggest hands-on moments, such as acting a scene out or making something together away from the screen.

  • Planned On-screen drawing and colouring

Live classroom quizzes

Bible Team Challenge is a live team quiz. A teacher opens a room for a class, approved children join from their own devices in friendly teams, and every question goes to every team. It needs at least four children, scores are shared team points only, and nobody is knocked out.

  • Preview Bible Team Challenge: a live team quiz inside Play Together, led by a teacher

Bible Quiz Club and reviewer practice

Bible Quiz Club is planned: teachers would bring in study material for children to practise. It is not in Kingdom Kids yet.

  • Planned Bible Quiz Club: study material and practice

Teacher preparation, planning and rostering

Teachers prepare with a lesson page, a materials checklist the whole team shares and an activity planner. A teaching roster is not built yet.

  • Working Preparation checklist and the activity planner
  • Planned Teaching rosters

Learning progress and family activities

Families get a private link with the week's verse and a family activity. Teachers can see which lessons a class has explored and, for Play Together, a class result and ideas to revisit after each game. Dashboards that follow progress over time are not built.

  • Working Family pages and the class journey scrapbook
  • Preview Rooted in Him garden: a plant grows for every lesson the class has explored
  • Preview Play Together results: a class result and ideas to revisit after each game
  • Planned Learning-progress dashboards

Try a little of it

Some of the lesson games

Teachers plan games into a lesson. Which ones a lesson uses depends on what the teachers have planned and a lead has approved. For Lamp and Path, Missing Words is ready for all 52 weeks.

Bible Story Scramble

Put picture cards in order to retell a Bible story, by tap, drag or keyboard.

Treasure Match

Match pairs with columns, flip cards or pictures. No timers.

Verse Builders

Build the Treasure Verse from phrases, or watch its words disappear and say it together.

Mystery Bible Bag

Clues arrive one at a time, and the class talks before the next one.

Find and Discover

Look for hidden clues in an illustrated scene.

What Would You Do?

Choose a response to an everyday situation, say why, then think again.

Sort It Together

Sort cards into groups as a class, with the reasons shown.

Build the Path

Reveal a bridge, a lantern trail or a picture as the class finishes each step. Never a score.

Missing Words

A verse with a few words hidden. Ready for all 52 weeks of Lamp and Path.

The experience

How it works

Four simple steps take a lesson from the teacher's desk into the week ahead.

  1. Prepare

Teachers select a lesson and organise the activities.

  2. Explore

Children engage with Scripture through teaching, discussion, games, and creativity.

  3. Practise

Memory verses and review activities help reinforce learning.

  4. Live it

Practical challenges and family conversations bring the lesson into everyday life.

Families and churches

Curious about Kingdom Kids for your family or church? Let's talk.

For families

Kingdom Kids helps children keep learning what they are discovering at church. A teacher can give your family a private link to Lamp and Path. It opens this week's Treasure Verse, a family activity to try together and verse games to play at home.

There is nothing to sign in to, and nothing from home practice is saved.

For churches and ministry leaders

Ministry leaders can book a conversation to explore the platform, see a demonstration and talk about whether it could support their children's ministry.

Kingdom Kids was built for Church Triumphant Wellington, so we cannot promise that it is available to other churches. A conversation is how we find out together.

What a meeting is. A meeting is a conversation. It does not give you access to Kingdom Kids, and it does not commit your church to anything.

Who is behind it

Questions, answered plainly

Kingdom Kids is the children's ministry platform of Church Triumphant Wellington.

Church Triumphant Wellington is an Apostolic church in Wellington and part of UPCI NZ. Our lessons use the King James Version of the Bible and follow Oneness Apostolic doctrine. You are welcome to ask us about that before you decide anything.

Lessons, games and family pages hold nothing about any child. Only Play Together, for children a leader has approved, keeps a first name or nickname and a picture. Read the privacy page to see what is kept, who can see it and for how long.

Who is Kingdom Kids for?

Kingdom Kids is built for the children's ministry of Church Triumphant Wellington. It serves teachers, who prepare and lead lessons; children aged 8 to 13, who take part in them; and families, who can keep learning at home.

Parents do not need an account. A teacher can give a family a private link.

What are Lamp and Path and Rooted in Him?

Lamp and Path is a one-year Bible-learning journey for ages 8 to 13: 52 weekly lessons of about 60 minutes, in four terms of 13 weeks, with memory verses, discussion and a practical way to live each lesson out. All 52 lessons are in Kingdom Kids today.

Rooted in Him is a structured three-year Bible programme for the same ages: Salvation, Who God Is, and The Oneness of God (The Mighty God in Christ). Each year is a standalone course of 52 weekly sessions of about 60 minutes, with student workbooks and teacher guides. All three years are in Kingdom Kids beside Lamp and Path, and the programme is labelled Preview while it is new.

Can teachers use it on a classroom screen?

Yes. A teacher can open a lesson in the Classroom Adventure, a full-screen view that shows one idea at a time. It can be steered from the keyboard, it has a calm-motion setting, and sound stays off until a teacher turns it on.

A separate teacher window, opened on the same computer, keeps private notes and answers off the children's screen.

Can families practise at home?

Yes, for Lamp and Path. A teacher can give a family a private link. It opens this week's Treasure Verse, a family activity to try together and verse games to play. There is no sign-in, and home practice saves nothing.

Family links follow Lamp and Path.

Can another church use Kingdom Kids?

Kingdom Kids was built for Church Triumphant Wellington, and we cannot promise that it is available to other churches.

Ministry leaders can book a conversation to see a demonstration and talk about whether it could support their children's ministry.

What happens after I request a meeting?

You send a short request with your name, your email, who you are, what you would like to learn about and when suits you. It is a request, not a booking, so nothing is confirmed yet. The church's leaders read it and reply by email to arrange a time.

Asking for a meeting does not give you access to Kingdom Kids, and it does not commit your church to anything. Please do not include any information about children.

Ready for a conversation?

Ask for a meeting and we will reply by email to arrange a time. It is only a conversation: nothing is given or promised either way.
